Responsibilities
Implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA.
Collect and record data on client progress.
Assist with behavior reduction and skill acquisition goals.
Collaborate with families and caregivers to support client success.
Maintain a positive and supportive environment for clients.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Current RBT certification in good standing.
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to follow detailed protocols and instructions.
